Grasmere Restaurant and Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Restaurant Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservations: All reservations are highly recommended to ensure availability. Reservations can be made via our website or by phone. Please note that we may require a credit card to confirm bookings for groups or special events.

  2. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

  3. Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please notify us. We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.

  4. Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary preferences when making your reservation to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

  5. Group Bookings: For groups of 8 or more, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Group bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. A pre-order may be requested for larger groups.

  6. Menu: Our menu is seasonal and based on the availability of local ingredients. Prices are inclusive of GST. A discretionary service charge may apply to large groups.

  7. Alcohol: We encourage responsible drinking. Alcohol may only be consumed on the premises if purchased from Grasmere restaurant.

  8. Child Policy: Children are welcome at Grasmere, and we offer a selection of child-friendly menu options. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

  9. Liability: Grasmere is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or individuals while dining at the restaurant.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings: Accommodation at Grasmere is available by enquiry only. Please contact us directly to confirm availability and make a booking. A credit card may be required to secure your reservation.

  2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm, and check-out time is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

  3. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your accommodation booking, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

  4. Deposits: A deposit may be required for bookings over certain dates or during peak seasons. This will be specified at the time of booking.

  5. Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation, as detailed in your booking. Additional guests may incur an extra charge or require a change of accommodation.

  6. Children: Children are welcome, and we offer family-friendly accommodation. Please inform us in advance of any children accompanying your stay so we can ensure appropriate arrangements.

  7. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless agreed in advance. Please contact us to discuss any pet-related inquiries.

  8. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly.

  9. Payment: Payment for accommodation is due at the time of booking or check-in unless otherwise agreed. All prices are inclusive of GST.

  10. Liability: While we strive to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, Grasmere is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during your stay.

  11. Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By booking a reservation at Grasmere restaurant or accommodation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
